A Japanese Wool Work depicting a Temple Scene & Bridge "With Compliments From Rear-Admiral Tajiri, I.J.N. and Officers at the Kasumigaura and Yokosuka Naval Flying Stations" along with Paperwork allowing William Randolph Everett Satchell the licence to wear the insignia of the 6th class of the order of the sacred treasure for 1924. The Japanese note Baron Sakaya Yoshiro, the president of the imperial Aero Association while at Kasumigaura Naval Air Station in Japan.
