A RARE 18ct gold ring set with diamonds and rubies, (Possibly Kutchinsky) featuring a central ruby of approximately 0.75 ct. Weight approximately 10g. Ring size J/K. (Vendor has informed us it was possibly made by Joe Kutchinsky for his late sister).
